01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 55bmw2 platform — including its website, mobile application, games, payment services, and customer support — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 55bmw2 platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on 55bmw2. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 55bmw2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of unauthorized access: You must notify 55bmw2 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Non-transferability: Your 55bmw2 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

55bmw2 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 55bmw2 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: 55bmw2 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt. 55bmw2 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• 55bmw2 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one business day.
• 55bmw2 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

55bmw2 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are applied to eligible games only. Not all games on 55bmw2 contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates per game type are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Each promotion is available once per eligible player unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or other means constitutes a breach of these terms.
• 55bmw2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• 55bmw2 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these terms or the spirit of the promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds will be removed from your account upon expiry. Expiry periods are stated in individual promotion terms.

06 Game Rules and Conduct

All games available on the 55bmw2 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on 55bmw2, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

The following general conduct standards apply to all gameplay on 55bmw2:

• You must place bets only with funds available in your verified account balance. 55bmw2 does not offer credit facilities.
• All bets placed and accepted are final. Once a game round has commenced and a bet has been accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 55bmw2's system records shall be the definitive record of the outcome of that round. 55bmw2 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from technical issues fairly.

• For live dealer games, the decisions of the dealer and the platform's live game management team are final in all matters relating to game conduct.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55bmw2 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or at any point during your use of 55bmw2, including false identity documents or false payment method ownership claims.
• Money laundering: Using the 55bmw2 platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. 55bmw2 complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in card games or coordinating bet placement in live dealer games.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other automated means to interact with the 55bmw2 platform or place bets.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to your 55bmw2 account. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude 55bmw2's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Suspension and Termination

55bmw2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider.
• Determination that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• At the request of the account holder, including self-exclusion requests.

Upon termination of your account, any verified balance remaining in your account (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and any applicable legal holds.

You may close your 55bmw2 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Amendments to These Terms
